Met dit project hebben de partners Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, GECCO Biotech B.V., en Cortalix B.V. als doel om een handzaam analyse-apparaat op basis van nanopore technologie voor eiwitten, peptiden en biomoleculen te ontwikkelen en valideren (nanopore-analysator)
Het doel is om tot een late stage prototype – niet ver verwijderd van het uiteindelijk te commercialiseren platform – te komen waarmee een breed scala aan farmacologisch actieve biomoleculen en biomarkers uitvoering kunnen worden geanalyseerd, gekarakteriseerd en geclassificeerd.
With this EFRO project, Portal Biotech partners with Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, GECCO Biotech B.V., and Cortalix B.V. to develop and validate a portable nanopore technology-based analyser for proteins, peptides and biomolecules (nanopore analyser).
The goal is to produce a late-stage prototype – not far away from the eventual platform to be commercialised – with which a wide range of pharmacologically active biomolecules and biomarkers can be analysed, characterised and classified in execution.
